[b]Why would you like to join the department? (150 Words Minimum)[/b] I would like to join the police department because I have a ton of experience I also have leadership skills, my experience within PD has been for over a year and 1/2 and during that time I have created and edited departments, I offically started back on ArmA 2, I was a Lieutenant on an old Island Life Server. I played as a Commanding Officer of FTO’s in a Altis Life server. I was also apart of another Island Life server and I was serving as the Overwatch of the Internal Affairs department, I created the handbooks and ensured that every IA case was logged with sufficient evidence.
Shortly after that I joined the Takistan scene and I joined the Police Department, I started off as a Cadet and managed to finally work my way up to being a Major of the force. I also want to join the police force in order to clean up the streets and stop individuals from breaking the laws within lakeside. I have heard and seen a lot of distress and upset within the PD and within time I wish to help fix that and also ensure that Officers are following SOP's and are staying in line.
[b]What skills do you possess and how can they be used to benefit the LSPD? (100 Words Minium)[/b] Negotiation is one of the best skills i’ve learned over the years. When someone puts me in command of negotiating someone from executing innocent civilians, or talking someone out of jumping off a bridge and ending it all, I’m the man for the job. I can make a connection with the person, show him that i’m human just like him, make him know I care too and that there are other ways out of the situation. I can calm the suspect down so our officers have more time to get into position. My communication skills are outstanding. I’m able to communicate with precise expertise even in the toughest of situations. I’m always thinking about what i’m saying before I say it. This helps with communications over the radio where every second counts. I also like to keep a clean operation going while on the streets. I try to keep an eye on all of my officers while i’m on the street. If i see something strange going on with someone, I try to head that way and figure out what's going on. I personally think a great skill i’ve learned is to be a listener. Not everything about being in charge is blurting out orders and commands. Being able to listen to my street officers and understand what is wrong and what is working is a key factor that can be used to my advantage.

Yes, I was an LSPD State Command member on ALRP, I was also a Major on Takistan when ALRP had it, I also was a Sergeant in D.O.C on Redline Gaming.[/b]
